So, I'm a lessor and I have a 3-bedroom apartment that I rent out because I need extra income. I'm old and divorced so I need to support my children and old wife, we have remained friends after all. Anyway enough with the storyline you might figure out who I am. So, after the Electrical Installation Condition Report, I got all C1 C2 C3 problems. Attached is what it means. I'm scared that I would spend so much on replacement of the fuse box and the engineer who my friend referred to me really did not give me options. I want to ensure that I can fully comply without full fuse box replacement. Some of theproblems I have:

- Loose electrical box above the fuse box

- Door contractor switch may need to be removed

What to do/other options? Can combine 2 ring citcuits or not? Then do radial circuit isolation or grouping into B20? Or are these system compliant?

c1 issues require immediate action to eliminate danger while C2 needs urgent fixes to prevent potential hazards. for c3 improvements are recommended but not mandatory. combining 2 ring circuits or isolating into radial circuits with b20 breakers could be compliant but it depends on the specifics of your installation. consulting a qualified electrician for tailored solutions is the best approach to ensure safety and compliance without unnecessary expenses.
