I would be interested to hear about your experience as an apprentice.
I am a newly licensed electrical contractor in California (about 1 year), and I started as a licensed General Contractor.
AS a GC, I was able to self-perform all of my electrical work for residential projects and a few light commercial projects.
Before that, I worked in commercial electrical for USA Oil back in the day.
I proved my bona fides to the CSLB, took the test, and received my license.
