hi electricians! where can I get the digital 2023 NEC? I don't mind buying it if I can get full access

NFPA sells the full digital NEC, and that is the version most electricians stick with when they want something reliable and up to date. You also get access to the online reader if you prefer not to download it. It could help to compare whether you want the single edition or the annual subscription. Do you need it for field work or exam prep?

if you just need to check a code real quick and don't need a PDF on your drive, NFPA actually provides free Read Only access on their website
you can't search or print, but you can scroll through every page of the 2023 edition. it’s perfect if you just need to verify a table or a specific requirement without dropping the cash right away
