Trying to get 2023 NEC codebook on my phone

I need the 2023 NEC for quick field reference and was hoping to get a digital version onto my iPhone. I already checked NFPA's site, but I don't see any option to purchase a downloadable PDF. Just their online viewer is available but that's such a hassle. Is there a way to legally buy and download the full NEC codebook to use offline?

You can check out the Ugly's Electrical References app. From what I know it's updated for the 2023 NEC and works offline on iPhone.

You can use NFPA 70 offline (and online) if you download it via the NFPA Link. https://link.nfpa.org/. This is the legitimate NFPA site.
Pick the "Individual" plan if it's just you using it. (Cheaper)

The newest is 2023. 2026 isn't yet digitized.
