Before the calendar flips, here’s a question that has nothing to do with new tools or new code books.
What’s one thing you actually want to improve as an electrician in 2026?
Not the highlight reel answer. The real one. Maybe slowing down instead of rushing through familiar work. Maybe staying more organized so every job does not start with hunting for something. Maybe learning a system you usually avoid. Or maybe protecting your time better so every job does not turn into a late night.
Most of us already know how to do the work. The challenge is how we manage ourselves while doing it.
