Great gift idea!! You might want to check out Veto Pro Pac, they're built like tanks with a molded, waterproof bottom, and the organization is top-notch. Their Tech Pac is a common one for electricians. Klein Tools also makes some solid options like the Tradesman Pro series which are a little more budget-friendly and still hold up well. I've had a Klein for years and it's been a workhorse. Just make sure it has a sturdy base so it doesn't tip over and plenty of pockets for all the little stuff.
