I mean I know exactly the problems it could bring in theory but I can't really figure out the in real life cons. For example, in the bathroom.

It is pretty clear why it's essential. You have water and electricity mixing and you wouldn't want the shock of your life, so it's a pretty big con

Yeah without supplementary bonding, you're risking electrical faults, especially in wet areas like the bathroom. In real life it could lead to shocks or equipment damage, and you'd be non-compliant with safety standards
