Hi,

I’ve been working as an electrician on site now for about 6 years. I’ve completed all my qualifications, including 2391, Level 2/3, 18th Edition, as well as my AM2. However, I’ve not completed my portfolio, due to some issues with the previous company I was doing it with.

I want to get it done as quickly and efficiently as possible, but I hear so many mixed reviews out there. Any recommendations for who to go with?

You already have a strong set of credentials, so completing the NVQ portfolio is the final piece. I've heard good things about XS Training and Fast Track NVQ for getting it done without too much delay. They both offer remote options and help organize your evidence, which can save time if you're still working full time. Have you already sorted it out since August or are you still weighing your options? It might help to know if you're looking for remote support or prefer in person assessments.

Yep, been doing domestic and light commercial work for a few years, but my portfolio stalled when my last firm folded. I've heard good things about TradeSkills4U and XS Training for getting things wrapped up quickly, especially if you've already got the site experience. Have you looked into any online assessors or local colleges that offer fast-track options?
