new software for an electrician business

Hey guys, my dad has had an electrician business for 15 years, and he finally gave up his paper notebooks and moved the whole business online.

He's using Breezeworks, and while it's a huge step up, he's a little disappointed. He's looking for something with more features, like customer financing, service agreements, and payroll.
He also wants something that does all the estimates and scheduling.

He's not a tech guy, and I'm a high school teacher, so we know so little about this.
any recommendations for a new platform that has all that stuff would be a huge help!

Breezeworks was a good start but your dad may need more. Platforms designed for electrical contractors offer features such as customer financing, service agreements, payroll, estimates and scheduling. Housecall Pro connects with QuickBooks, provides GPS tracking and includes estimate tools for quick quoting. ServiceTitan adds customer financing, e-signatures, and real-time performance tracking. Both have mobile apps and intuitive dashboards. Is your dad working alone or does he have a team?

Apps like Breezeworks or Jobber just lock tradesmen into pricey subscriptions, old-school pen and paper was cheaper, and honestly most clients don't care what software you use as long as work's great.
