ITE panel ground and neutral bar question

I'm trying to find an add-on lug for my old ITE 200 amp subpanel from around 1985. Both the ground and neutral bars need an extra lug and the ones that are already on there mount with a single screw. I know there are lug kits with part numbers like LK-4, LK-3, and LK-2 mentioned on the panel's decal, but I need to find a modern part number that will fit. The newer lugs that have little fingers probably won't work because my screw holes are wider than normal.

Does anyone know what a compatible part number would be? Any advice will be helpful.

In obsolete panel boards & load centers, I've used a Turn Prevent lug. Remove the set screw from the existing bar and replace it with the proper thread machine screw & external toothed lock washer to hold the lug on top of the bar. (Sample photo of Turn Prevent is below)

Plan C would be to take a wide tongue lug without the tongue hole and notch a space to leave two legs spaced to fit under the existing bar's set screws.

PS: If you drill a copper lug, a cobalt split point drill will be easiest. Use plenty of oil to prevent the copper from sticking to the drill tip. If no cobalt drill is available, I grind the tip of a drill off center a bit. It works quite well. The off-center makes the drill "walk" a bit, thus it helps prevent the copper from grabbing the drill. The hole won't be to perfect tolerance, but still a good hole.

Bring a photo of your lug and bus bar to the shop, especially showing the screw hole spacing. Old panels sometimes used threaded bus bars, but newer lugs need press-fit or finger-style inserts to work right.

I had and ITE 200 amp single phase from 1985. I would imagine that D@rk's unit takes the same lug.
The add-on lugs are two-fingered style, but any of the ideas from # 3 will work on that panel if it has the OEM neutral bus.

You can measure the space between wire holes in the bar and go to a hardware store or home center to match it.

The one shown below will work for certain. It is Seimens EQ III, PL, ES. & takes #4 to 2/0. Part number US2:ECLK2
I suppose a hardware or Supply House Com will have it.
