bag and tools for a new electrician

So my baby brother just graduated from his apprenticeship and is about to start his first real gig as an electrician. He's trying to get his gear sorted, and I want to help him out.
I'm thinking a good tool bag is the first thing he needs, but there are so many options.
I'm sure he needs something that's organized and will last, not some cheap thing that'll fall apart in a month.

What do you guys think is the best tool bag for a professional electrician? And what are the must have tools for someone just starting out? Any advice would be a huge help!

A good, sturdy backpack style tool bag from Klein or Husky will do the trick, and for starting out, focus on quality pliers, wire strippers, a multimeter, a few screwdrivers, and a hammer keeps things simple but solid

I think that the Husky backpack is a great value.
I also think the Husky Pro tool boxes are the best for the money. I just wish that they would make more items for the line.

Here's a little advice

Begin with good, basic stuff and add more as he gets the hang of things. See if his job gives him anything, some places do for new people. Buy tool kits to save some cash. And tell him to label everything since tools tend to disappear on job sites haha
